Hi welcome to deviantart, hope you enjoy your stay!

Your first deviation is looking good (in fact its looking better than some of my first pieces...)

A few basic things to start you off though, To make this page look better, click on profile, a hyper link at the top right of this page, this will take you to another page where you can create a sig, add details and select a fav deviation of your own to show.

to createa journal, a bit like a blog, click on journal and a page will open with a textbox for you to write in.

emotions are like smileys only better and animated and made by ppl from deviantart.

To get to this page at any time click on your name at the top left of any deviant art screen and it will take you back to your profile page.

Something cool: To see how many ppl have seen your work click on gallery stats on this page to see how many ppl have seen your work.

Last thng and this is very important. Commenting on other ppl's work on deviantart is very important, try to be both negative and positve, ie dont anger them but tell them if it looks wrong, also tell someone if their work looks absolutely amazing,

If you make a comment other ppl will likely look at your work.

You can favourite another piece of work of somebody elses when previewing them, click add favourite, this is a sign of respect...(so I only use them when I thing omg thats amazing!)
